In our country, the rate of coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, and cerebrovascular disease is increasing year by year. The amount of patients suffering from hypertension has reached 100 millions, diabetes in some areas with a high incidence of 10%; According to the current death cases showed that, 40% patients of coronary heart disease died in 15 minutes, the cause of death is mostly due to can't get timely rescued, and not the illness had been deadly irreparable. How to popularize and raise the skill of CPR in public becomes an important problem needed to research and discuss by us? The college students,as one of the major groups of public, have a strong ability of  learning  and accepting knowledge.  To train  them  cardiopulmonary  resuscitation skills has important significance for the popularization of CPR knowledge  and  technology  in  citizen.  Therefore,  the  Fujian  Provincial Hospital emergency advance specialist nurses leader Chen Yan called some members of the group, Jian Gangren, Zheng Ruofei,  Ye Chengdong, Xue Yujing and other advance specialist nurses to train 200 students major in network information system in Union College of Fujian province Normal University with CPR operation skill, in order to improve College students the ability to master the skill.
Solution: 
 
Founding  a cardiopulmonary  resuscitation training  club  in  the university,  using the  "snowball  training  mode"  to one-on-one  train  thecollege  students  .  The  specific method  is  to  one-on-one  perform  CPR training and examination ten students by ten professional teaching staffs, after examination the students having passed the examination as a first step to one-on-one train and  exam the  new students  ,  in this way  gradually develop new students, so that the group of mastering pulmonary resuscitation skill grows as "snowball".
Achievement: 

Using two training modes on 100 college students in training, respectively, comparing two mode on 100 college students in the training cost and time difference.

1、According to the traditional method, the teacher train 100 students for theory and site operation demonstration on 90 minutes, then the student will be trained for theory one to one by ten teachers on 60 minutes. After that they should be tested. These who won’t pass the test continue to be trained one to one by the teacher until all of the 100 students pass the test.

2、In the same way ,the teachers train the 100 students for theory and site operation demonstration on 90 minutes by using the “snowball training mode",Then the student will be trained for theory one to one by ten teachers on 60 minutes. After that they will be tested. The student who is qualified will be the teacher that training the new students, The one who haven’t pass the test continues to accept the training until all of the 100 students pass the test.Comparison between the two training method,see the form 1
